Beef Stroganoff and a Salad

We celebrated my wife’s birthday a week early, since we will be out of town next weekend. I cooked her favorite – Beef Stroganoff.

I decided to go with a bottle of the Barrel-Aged Rastaban Oud Bruin from Ecliptic.


Fried Catfish with Meunière Sauce and Pecan Butter, Grilled Broccolini

Since my wife’s mother was in town, she wanted to make the Fried Catfish with Meunière Sauce and Pecan Butter. I grilled some broccolini, but used this recipe for grilled asparagus.
