Fried Catfish with Meunière Sauce and Pecan Butter, Grilled Broccolini

Since my wife’s mother was in town, she wanted to make the Fried Catfish with Meunière Sauce and Pecan Butter. I grilled some broccolini, but used this recipe for grilled asparagus.
