I decided to go with a bottle of the Barrel-Aged Rastaban Oud Bruin from Ecliptic.
Since my wife’s mother was in town, she wanted to make the Fried Catfish with Meunière Sauce and Pecan Butter. I grilled some broccolini, but used this recipe for grilled asparagus.

After much deliberation, I decided to go with the Jester King / Stillwater collaboration Audio Palette that I had recently picked up at Saraveza – a leftover from the Farmhouse & Wild Ale Festival.
