Grilled Sambal Chicken and Baby Bok Choy 

I made the Grilled Sambal Chicken once again. But instead of making the Dry Fried Green Beans with it, I cooked some Baby Bok Choy using the recipe from the Sticky Barbecued Pork with Asian Greens recipe.

Grilled Octopus and Txistorra Sausage with Arugula and Mama Lil’s Peppers

This was just a quick dish since I already had the octopus and sausage in the freezer. Believe it or not, you can find prepared octopus at Trader Joe’s. The Txistorra Sausage – AKA Basque Chorizo – I picked up a while back at Providore.
