Steak with Chimichurri, Salad, Sauteéd Oyster Mushrooms

The wife had found a local online food hub where you could order produce and other stuff that looked interesting. It’s sort of like farmer’s market with curbside pick up. They had red and blue oyster mushrooms and a prepared chimichurri that looked interesting. I had also seen baby artichokes at Zupan’s the week prior and wanted to try cooking them.

The only thing I could think to put the chimichurri on was steak and I figured the sauteéd mushrooms would go with that as well. But in the process of turning the baby artichokes, they were turning black – even with submerging them in lemon-water – and I didn’t have enough of them. So, the salad was thrown together at the last minute.
