Bao Al Pastor and Elotes

This was an idea that just popped into my head… I just needed a three day weekend to experiment with it. The Al Pastor recipe is the one I’ve been using, but the Bao recipe I had to research – and then have my sous chef (a.k.a my wife) tackle since flour is my kryptonite. Still haven’t figured out how to melt cheese on this… Yet.

I couldn’t decided which version of grilled corn to do: Elotes, Khao Phot Ping or Grilled Corn with Chaat Masala. I let my wife pick, and she went with the Eltoes.
