Balinese Style Grilled Pork Ribs and Asian Slaw

After having the ribs at Oma’s Hideaway, I knew I wanted to find a similar recipe. I eventually settled on this one. The garnish of cilantro and fried onions was inspired by Malka’s Old Deuteronomy – which they need to put back on their menu. I wanted something easy to pair with this, so I went with the Asian Slaw.
