I’ve been looking for a new squid recipe to try out… This one looked interesting. I served it with some sticky rice.

I picked up a bottle of the Provenance – an ale brewed with lemons and limes – from Jester King that I thought would go well with this dish.
I’ve been wanting to try making the Fried Chicken, Bacon Jalapeño Cornbread Waffles, Blue Cheese Cole Slaw again. But the waffle iron wasn’t working, so my wife used the batter to make pancakes.
