At the last minute, I decided to cook something… But the only thing I could come up with while I was at the store, was to grab a big ol’ steak and make some Sautéed Spinach. I also decided to make some Rice with Mushroom Gravy to hopefully satiate my hankering for Roast Beef, Rice and Gravy.

Originally, I was going to make this a while back for a get together with the sister-in-law and her boyfriend. But due to other obligations, it just never happened. So when we started discussing what to do for X-mess dinner, we all agreed to have this instead of something more traditional.
