Caldo Verde

Here’s one I haven’t visited in quite some time. Decided to try a different recipe this time.

I went with a bottle of Barrel Aged Ghost Barn from Wolves & People.

Fiilet Mignon with a Red Wine Reduction Sauce, Sautéed Spinach with Roasted Garlic and Matsutake Mushrooms

This was an “unsupervised” meal. Pretty much improvised by what I found when I was out shopping the day before.

Borscht

Had not made this one in a while – especially since Tails & Trotters closed. So, I went back to the original recipe and ran by Kenny & Zuke’s to get some of their pastrami.

I went with a bottle of Drunken Minotaur that I picked up not too long ago at Labyrinth Forge.
