Since there was supposed to be a few inches of snow on the ground, I figured fondue and bier sausage would be the way to go.

Grilled Chicken with Caper Cream Sauce, Spätzle and Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta

As cooler weather starts to get in, I get a hankering for Chicken with Spätzle. I usually cook this with asparagus, but since I am cooking them next week and had some pancetta in my fridge – I made the Brussels sprouts instead.
