Prime Rib with Mushroom Gravy, Yorkshire Pudding, Cream Spinach and Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes

Christmas was pretty much a repeat of last year, but my wife did the Prime Rib, Yorkshire Pudding and Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes. I made the Cream Spinach, Mushroom Gravy and Horseradish Sauce.
