Corned Beef, Braised Cabbage with Slab Bacon, and Fried New Potatoes

Once again, we’re celebrating St. Patrick’s Day a early this year. Instead of the duck fat roasted potatoes,  I made my mother’s fried new potatoes. The corned beef was so tender it just fell apart.
