Moules Fromage Bleu

We decided to celebrate Bastille Day a bit early this year. I wanted to try out this Moules Fromage Bleu recipe and my wife tried her hand at making fresh baked baguettes.

The perfect beer for this meal was the Grand Blanc – a golden rye wild ale aged in an oak foeder and refermented with late harvest Riesling grapes – from De Garde.
