Lemongrass Shrimp with Soba Noodles & Kai-lan

This week, I went with something fairly simple: Lemongrass Shrimp with Soba Noodles & Kai-lan.

The main reason I wanted to try this recipe was to pair it with a bottle of Special Herbs – brewed with sweet and bitter orange peels, lemongrass, Szechuan peppercorns, hyssop and aged in Gin barrels – from Upright Brewing.
