Caldo Verde

This week I decided to tryout another Portuguese recipe: Linguiça, Kale and Potato Soup, otherwise know as Caldo Verde. I doctored the recipe just a bit… I used bacon fat instead of olive oil and used a mix of smoked Spanish pimentón, sweet Hungarian paprika and Korean gochugaru.
