Roasted Chicken with Root Vegetables and Collard Greens with Chorizo

This week, I prepared two recipes I found on Food52: Roasted Chicken with Root Vegetables and Collard Greens with Chorizo (I recommend using Fermin Chorizo Iberico, if you can find it. If not, Palacios works great, too – if you can get the casing off.). I washed it all down with a bottle of the “Bad Brains” from the Upright Brewery.
